To the two options nearly impossible to choose between for the two Swedish journalists sentenced to many years of Ethiopean imprisonment;

* ask for pardoning or

* lodge an appeal,

can be added a third one: demand the Lord to open  up the closed doors!

That this is not a fictive solution is seen from following examples

1)    No already the apostle Peter imprisoned by the elders in Jerusalem, got visit from an angel that released him and made it possible for him to continue his preaching. ( Acts 5:17-26)

2)    My friend missionary and sun energy expert working as teacher among the students in Kabul, Afghanistan, was in fact held in isolation by the soldiers in the eghties, not allows to leave the city. However the students prayed, and he was released.

 Now the same  opportunities exist for the two Swedish journalists.

By our prayer they can be released, so let us pray!

-We are living in a time of change. In my dayw we hade Marx to believe on, His theories were possible to adapt to our society. ..Marx based his theories on the old indsutrial society.They do not fit into our computertechnologiacl society..We are lacking someon on whom we can anchor oud ideology and engage people.

Tager Erlander was also fond ofthe Finnish philosopher Ernt von Wright, who worte his book “Science and sense” in which he openly declared:What help do we have of all nobel prizes as long as we cannot answer the fundamnetal human questions:From where o we com and where are we going. In the foreword of his book he cited the word of Jesus:”IF THE LIGHT IN YOU IS DARKNESS, HOWE GREAT IS THE DARKNESS!”

He waw also the need of getting rid of the strangeness in the Swedish society and referred to the revival in his youthe days in Värmland where whole cillages were destroyed by alocoholism. Then came simple evangelists and preached bout heaven and hell, reconciliation, and whole societies were lifted to a new level.

Perhaps the situation as the same today? Materialism cannot fill the spiritual hunger. “Give me that old time religion”

In the overall openness that seems to apply to the media reflection of the social life; countless variations, ranging from gays, lesbians, bisexual, transgender, intersex and non-normative, there is a mirror which has so far been conspicuous by their absence.
The testimony of  homosexuals that leave their homosexuality and come out as genuine heterosexuals, with a report of a non-forced or strained, but natural and coming from inside the transformation of sexual identity.

Such was, however, by the Danish television program with the three names “Homo, Heaven and Hell”, which was broadcasted on Sunday 2 May at 18 in the SVT second

In the program appeared the Danish pastor’s son Philip who early perceived to be homosexual and therefore abandoned both his father-pastor of the evangelical church – and just in case, also his country Denmark – to move to Sweden, where he would live out his love with the man he married.

When the married man in this homosexual marriage demanded increasingly, more of Philp’s time and energy than he ever Philip started to pray, both for a natural deliverance from  the relationship with his husband, but also for a natural heterosexual identity.

There was no mistake in  the authenticity of Philip’s testimony, when he turned to the television camera and full of joy for TV viewers told us about a natural perceived heterosexuality.

Repentance is very similar to the example Paul describes in 1 Corinthians 6:10 where the motivation for a similar change was not human determination or an attempt to adapt to a heterosexual norm, but a driving force from within, by Paul described as “Spirit of our God” in 1 Corinthians 6, where he writes about former active homosexuality in Corinth, from which the name of Jesus Christ and the Spirit of our God being delivered.

Unfortunately embarrassing ignorance of such relief was demonstrated when the Swedish lutheran Church  introduced an ecclesiastical blessing of same-sex marriage, although they have the same task as Paul in Corinth and Filip in Denmark, to  point to the sources of power that transforms and liberates.

After the sermon in the pentecostal Church of Värnamo the 27 th of December 2 009 the sermon on the new period that broke in with Jesus’ arrival and after the songs, when the people in the pews hade left, two people remained, two ladies in the age of 30, one with her husband.
-Was it not difficult to understand and keep up with a sermon 45 minutes long o, perhaps with some difficult words? I asked them.
-No, it was in fact that sermon that touched us. Then the tears began to flow!
- Remember that I am myself the most interested spectator when new people
open their hearts for Jesus and calls upon his name! I continued.
After a few glances at each other, they went forward and spoke the most beautiful name in the world, that is JESUS, they
surrendered their lives to the Lord, on of them with his husband, and joy confessed with joy:
“I am saved!”.
Since then emails, telephon calls, prayer meetings on Skype, visits in the pentecostal churches where they live Oslo and Stockholm have followed the decision in Värnamo.

In order to fill the new year with a content with God’s miracles Israel celebrated countless ceremonies, celebrations, which in their turn were seen as a take-back of what God did once,
•    the Exodus from Egypt,
•    *the passing of the Red Sea,
•    God’s care with food for 40 o drink years in the wilderness,
•    The reinauguration and deliverance of the occupied temple.

Now we do not need like the Messianic movement today, return to these ceremonies, no, they are only shadows of things to come. Reality itself is in Christ, of whom Paul says:
If anyone is in Christ, there is a new creation, everything old has passed away, see everything has become new-
2 Cor 5:17.
SOMETHING QUALITATIVELY NEW.
The Greek original term does not indicate an attempt to remove the dust from old intentions, from old year’s resolutions with new ones.
