När Betelkören Åstorp lördagen och söndagen den 27 o 28 juni fick sjunga för 20 000 presumtiva besökera på Torpardagarna i Åstorp, kom en kyrkoherde fram med frågan:
-Måste jag döpa mig? Naturligtvis! blev svaret.
Gripande var att höra vittnesbördet från kvinnan som isolerad hemma i sin lägenhet- hennes man ville inte hon skulle ha kontakt med någon då han var på arbete. När hon slår på TV:n o hör Märta Svensson sjunga: ”Någonstans bland alla skuggorna står Jesus” då bryter hon sig ur lägenheten, kommer till Stadsparken o hör mig predika . Det blev nog. Hon lämnade sig till Gud lät döpa sig och kunde efteråt per telefon bekräfta:Nu är jag inte isolerad, jag står i Gospel City, sjunger med bland sångarna och hjälp mig tacka Gud! Jag har gått upp 15 kg. Anorexian fick vika för mötet med Jesus! Nu stod hon med sin man, sin dotter och hennes man som upplevt frälsning!

Bethel Church Astorp 13 th of January.

A tremendous meeting took place in Betel Astorp on teh 13 th of January.After having celebrated the Lord’s Supper the Holy Spirit fell in such a marvelous wayh that one of the 9 persons coming form Helsingborg, a newly saved man could’t stand no his feet. He fell  to his chair and then was pressed bit by bit downwards. In the same time a mightiful power came over his life, and immediately afterwards, he stood on the pulpit praising God, testifying of a strong light that came as a power into his heart and enlightened it.

Tuesday the 20 th of January

“God’s Fire over Sweden”

Prophetical messages have declared; There will be a fire of revivle over Skåne. The last of them, given in a testimony b one of the newly saved onw from Helsingborg. Samuel Svensson will proclaim the necessity of God’s fire by expounding the experience of Moses at the burning bush. A lof of songs, worship and praise will follow. Rich opportunities for prayer for healings and spiritual restoration will be given. Afterward a warming fellowship in the souterrain flat.

JESUS HELADE MIG

Den 3 juni 2007 besökte jag ett pingstmöte i Lövsjön. Pastor Samuel Svensson predikade. Jag visste om att han bad för sjuka.
Efter min höftledsoperation 2001 har jag börjat gå allt sämre även med stavar. Jag är snart 68 år, helt ensam. Och jag har en tidigare ryggskada, dålig nacke och ländrygg.
Efter förbönen slog det mig att jag böjde knä så enkelt. Jag kom ned på golvet och upp igen utan besvär. På kvällen upptäckte jag att huvudet inte kändes så tungt som annars.
Dagen därpå gjorde jag min sjukgymnastik. När jag lutade mig mot väggen kunde jag känna den utmed hela ryggen. Det hade inte gått förut. Jag ska aldrig glömma den lyckokänsla jag då fick! Och när jag gick eller stod, kände jag ett stöd ända nedifrån fötterna. Så hade jag aldrig känt det förr.
Det som har hänt är att en svullnad nedanför nacken är nästan helt borta, så att den översta delen av ryggen är rak. En svullnad vid ländryggen är också borta. Och jag böjer mig enkelt, vilket  jag inte gjort på över tio år. Jag bad min sjukgymnast skriva ned i journalen vad som hänt.
Sedan 1999 har jag varit tvungen att ta en halv sömntablett för att somna. Det har gått över ett och ett halvt år nu, och jag har inte behövt ta en enda sömntablett.
Förra året, 2008, promenerade jag drygt sjuttio mil med stavar. En gång gick jag en mil på en dag, och det hade jag inte gjort på tolv år. Det kände jag av i höfter och knän någon vecka, men jag klarade av det!
Nu i januari, 2009, åker jag spark och det får jag inte längre ont av.
När jag arbetar på min skogstomt vid torpet, så behöver jag inte hänga på en käpp eller skidstav utan går omkring helt utan stöd. Jag har varit handikappad i en vecka om jag plockat bär, klippt gräs eller grävt i trädgårdslandet. Numera är jag bara litet stel. Pris ske Gud!
Att Jesus botar sjuka har jag trott på i hela mitt liv! Och det var så underbart att få uppleva ett helande på ett sätt så att det både syns och känns. Tack Jesus!
